I had some little smart aleck shopper, Darlene, for my pick up order and Brandon and Michelle actually listened to my concern and made me feel heard. Theyre awesome they percent saved me as a customer. Darlene, if youre gonna be a little snitch to customers, then customer service isnt the line of work for you. Thats why I dont work in customer service. Hoping you dont bring my groceries out, for your sake. I am not the one, sweetheart ”
